Findlay police are looking for a man who ran off Monday during a mental health screening at Blanchard Valley Hospital.

Police are not releasing his name or a picture right now but Chamberlin Hill Elementary School was locked down around 1 p.m. on Monday while officers searched for the suspect. The man was undergoing a treatment plan in the emergency room at Blanchard Valley Hospital when he took off.

Police say another agency spotted him last night and he was taken back to the hospital by an ambulance, but he ran off again.

He's described as a white male, 5'11, 150 pounds, wearing a hospital gown. He also had dark paint on his face. If you see him, call local law enforcement.
