The 61-year-old man who shot another man in a North side Lima home earlier this week had his preliminary hearing Friday morning.
Joseph Spencer signed a waiver in open court and his case will be transferred to the common pleas court. Spencer is facing felonious assault charges after allegedly shooting 31-year-old Cory Schindler in the stomach on February 14th in a Brendonwood Drive home. Spencer could face up to seven years in prison and $15,000 in fines. His bond was upheld at $350,000Â cash surety.
