A Lima firefighter has been indicted on sex-related charges.
42-year-old Gilbert Frew of Spencerville was indicted on two counts of gross sexual imposition, felonies of the third degree. According to Lima human resources director Vince Ozier, as of August 17th, Frew was placed on paid administrative leave following his arrest. He is now out on bond.
According to Lima Fire Chief Bruce Black, he worked at Lima Station Two. Ozier said Frew's status will not change until they learn more about his case.
