LIMA, OH (WLIO) - Many businesses are finding it an ongoing struggle to fill all the positions that they have open.
Mercy Health-St. Rita's has been holding monthly hiring events. They have openings in a variety of positions including medical, dietary, and administrative. They encourage people who are looking for a job to call and see if they may have something that might just fit them.
"Plenty of openings for all different types of skillsets. If you are not sure what you want to do, feel free to apply for something that you think you might have interest in and that recruiter whoever calls you would be able to talk to you more about that," suggests Jeremy Amstutz, recruiter at Mercy Health St. Rita's.
