The Minster Police Department has found out who was passing counterfeit money at businesses around Minster, New Bremen, and Fort Loramie.
According to the police department's Facebook page, Jurode Jordan has been passing older style bleached counterfeit 100 dollar bills. Besides the local businesses, Jordan has been has passing the phony bills off in the Dayton and Cincinnati area. Jordan hit the southern Auglaize/northern Shelby County area on November 30th and December 1st.
Police says he has been traveling along I75 in rental cars, and is currently driving a 2017 Chevy Impala with Alabama plates. If you see Jordan you are asked to call law enforcement.
