January 24, 2025, Press Release from Putnam County Treasurer Tracy Warnecke of the Putnam County Treasurer's Office: The Putnam County real estate taxes were mailed out on Tuesday, January 14, 2025. We have been made aware that there has been a delay in those bills being delivered. Until you receive your bill in the mail, you can look up your taxes on the Putnam County Auditor's website: http://auditor.putnamcountyohio.gov. In the search box (at the top right), type your house number only, click on the green box with your parcel number, and click on the word "TAX" on the bar in the middle of the screen.
Currently, the due date is Friday, February 14, 2025. If you need your bill sooner, please call our office at (419) 523-6588; we can email a copy to you, or stop in at the Putnam County Courthouse on the 2nd floor; hours are 8:30-4:30 Monday-Friday.
