LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - A local realty company is looking for high school seniors to take part in their scholarship program.
Schrader Realty has announced that applications are now being accepted for the 2025 scholarship program. Students from Lima area schools, Delphos Jefferson, Delphos Saint Johns, Lincolnview, and Van Wert City Schools are eligible to apply. The scholarship program has been a long-standing tradition for Schrader Realty, and the company is looking for senior students who are actively involved in their community.

Tera Knebel with Schrader Realty said, “The students do not have to be going into any specific field. Realistically, we’re looking at them coming home and making sure that we are building a stronger community. They can be attending a four-year college, they can be attending a two-year college, or they can be attending any kind of certificate program, which actually happened for us last year. One of our recipients took that and paid for his real estate classes, and now he’s an agent with us.”
Applications are due by March 14 by emailing them to schraderhomes@gmail.com. Students can obtain an application from their school guidance counselor.
