Mercy Health St. Rita's showcasing some of their work at their annual Red Door Gala on Thursday evening.
This year, the focus was on how their neuroscience center is benefitting the community, and all of the money that was raised through auctions will go towards stroke care and inpatient rehabilitation through the neuroscience center.
The night was also a way to thank those in the community that have been such a big support to the hospital throughout the year.
"It’s all about our mission - there are so many people in our community that have supported us over the last several years and it’s such a pleasure to be able to be with them here, thank them for all they do to support us," said Ronda Lehman, president of Mercy Health St. Rita's. "Also they're able to see all the amazing technology and innovations that St. Rita’s is doing."
The first Red Door Gala was held in honor of St. Rita's 100th anniversary in 2018.
