A trial has begun for a Delphos man who allegedly choked a woman unconscious in a business parking lot in January of this year.
46-year-old Marcus Sullivan is facing a charge of felonious assault. As the trial began, jury members watched security video of the incident, where Sullivan allegedly put his hands on the neck of the woman to choke her. The police officers who responded following the incident, and Sullivan and the victim all took the stand on the first day of the trial. The jury is expected to get the case on Tuesday.
