A Wapakoneta man is dead after being shot on the south side of Lima, Monday night.
According to the Lima Police Department, they were called out to the 700 block of Catalpa Avenue around 7:30 last night for a reports of shots fired and a man down. They found 35-year-old Ryan VanBuskirk laying in the tree lawn with a gunshot wound and bleeding heavily. He was taken to Lima Memorial Health System where he later died.
