Gervens Justilien, 33, was found guilty of aggravated murder, murder, strangulation and rape in the death of 26-year-old Chrislande Auguste. He has been sentenced to 41 years to life in prison.
The man accused in the March 2024 murder of an American Township woman has had his trial postponed again. Gervens Justilien, 33, will now go to trial Aug. 12, delayed from the previously scheduled date of May 27.
