A Portage County  man has been sentenced to 121 months in prison after pleading guilty in May to receipt and distribution of visual depictions of real minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct, and to possession of child pornography.
Robert Vogel, 43, of St. Marys, was indicted by an Auglaize County grand jury on six charges, including pandering obscenity involving a minor, disrupting public service and furnishing alcohol to a minor.
A Mercer County Jury found Johnathon Grove, 44, guilty of rape, unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.Â
Christopher M. Callaway, 41, of West Farmington in Trumbull County, Ohio, has been sentenced to 50 years in prison by U.S. District Judge Patricia A. Gaughan, after he pleaded guilty in March to six counts of sexually exploiting children, receipt and distribution of minors engaged in sexually explicit content, and possession of child pornography, also known as child sexual abuse material (CSAM).Â
Jonathan Landwehr, 29, signed a time waiver in Van Wert County Common Pleas Court Wednesday morning. He pleaded not guilty to 20 counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor or impaired person.
Brent Bennett, 55, of Norwalk, Ohio, was sentenced to 12 years in prison by U.S. District Judge James G. Carr for receipt and distribution of child sexual abuse materials (CSAM), also known as child pornography.

Douglas Sanders was sentenced on 40 charges of possessing child pornography in Florida on June 5.
Timothy Kiester, 61, pleaded guilty to two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor and one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
Mark Butterman, 59, was arrested following an investigation by the FBI and the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office. He was arraigned Monday in federal court in Toledo and pleaded not guilty to the charge.
