TOLEDO, Ohio (WLIO) – A Roundhead man is facing federal charges for receiving and distributing child pornography.
Mark Butterman, 59, was arrested following an investigation by the FBI and the Hardin County Sheriff’s Office. He was arraigned Monday in federal court in Toledo and pleaded not guilty to the charge. According to the indictment, Butterman was “getting and sending child pornography between December of 2023 to June of 2024.” Law enforcement officials confiscated his cell phone and tablet. He also waived his detention hearing. No other hearings have been scheduled in his case.
