Allen County commissioners took questions from Lima Rotarians on Monday as they delivered their annual State of the County address.

Allen County commissioners say they are optimistic about the year ahead, with several major construction and renovation projects scheduled to move forward in 2026.

The Allen County Commissioners approved a lease to move the Child Support Enforcement Agency into the first three floors of Cook Tower, after a $3.5 million remodel expected to begin in 2026.
