A man was pulled from a house fire Saturday afternoon in Darke County, but despite efforts of rescue crews, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The fire was reported at about 4:45 pm at 142 Jefferson Street in the Village of New Madison.

The suspect's name is Kirt Mathais Kiser. The suspect is a White male, age 29, is 510 tall, weighs 236, and has blonde hair and blue eyes. The vehicle involved is a black 2012 Chevrolet Suburban with OH plate number JTK6408. Call or dial 911 if you see the child, the suspect or the vehicle.
