In indictments filed this week by the office of Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost, nine Medicaid providers are accused of stealing a combined $1.2 million from the government health-care program for the needy.

On July 11, 2024, the Office of the Ohio Inspector General and the Ohio State Highway Patrol received a notification of suspected illegal activity from the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities (ODDD) involving Columbus Developmental Center (CDC) Residential Care Supervisor 1 John Flemon.
