Here is this week's court activity from Van Wert County Court of Common Pleas for the week of November 30, 2022. 

An Allen County man charged with selling drugs that killed two women has been found guilty.

A Lima man received his sentencing in Allen County Common Pleas Court.  DeJuan Lucas was found guilty back in early September by a jury on charges of involuntary manslaughter and corrupting another with drugs, plus numerous drug trafficking and possession charges. 

A former Shawnee school employee has pleaded guilty to two charges involving stealing money from the school district and baseball boosters.

A Lima woman pleaded guilty to murder, but as part of the deal, other charges were dropped.

A Bluffton man has pleaded guilty to having sexual contact with a 4-year-old child.
