Ryan A. Aab (DOB 7/22/2008) escaped from the Allen County Juvenile Detention Center. Ryan is a biracial male, 4ft 8in, 112 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. No photo is available. His last known residence was Lima, Ohio. 43-year-old Quincy J. Pritchett from Lima was the man who died in the shooting involving 26-year-old Deputy Izak Ackerman early Tuesday morning. Pritchett was taken to the Lucas County Coroners' Office for an autopsy. The sheriff's office says the final report confirming the cause of death and toxicology is not expected for several weeks.

A cause of death has not been identified, with investigators waiting on a toxicology report following an autopsy. They do say that Hernandez did not die at the scene, and they need answers as to where and why he died. They also want to find out who placed him at the cemetery.
