The crash occurred around 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of Conant and Zion Church Road.
According to a statement from the Lima Police Department, King was traveling north on St. Johns Avenue when he attempted to pass several vehicles at the intersection by moving into oncoming traffic. During the maneuver, he struck two vehicles and was thrown from his motorcycle.
