The UNOH racers took time away from their classes to look toward their future. During the University of Northwestern Ohio's fall career fair, students got to network with 80 different companies to find out what they have to offer. The companies are looking for workers in a lot of different areas, like automotive technology, robotics, accounting, and business.

A job fair helped connect residents with local companies. Makerfest Job Fair 2021 was held at Apollo Career Center on Saturday.

There is no shortage of jobs available in the area as there were well over 100 part time and full time positions looking to be filled at the job fair. 

As unemployment numbers drop, finding employees can be difficult. Ohio State Lima, along with Rhodes State College, is gearing up for their annual Fall Job Fair. More than 80 companies will be on hand marketing themselves to find qualified employees. The fair is a chance to meet face-to-face with potential employers and employees as it's a tough job market out there and every opportunity to connect is crucial.

COLUMBUS, Ohio – The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is hosting a job fair on July 12 – 13, 2019, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Ohio Public Safety Department building in Columbus to fill positions relating to disaster recovery work in Ohio and other locations across the country. The job fair will be held in the Atrium at the Ohio Public Safety Department, 1970 W. Broad Street in Columbus.

Ohio Means Jobs Allen County is teaming up with a local hospital for an upcoming hiring event. Mercy Health St. Rita's is hiring for positions in several areas at the hospital such as lab, EMT, nutrition, and environmental services. The hiring event is scheduled for Friday, March 1, 2019, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m
