A Lima man accused of forcing his way into a home in 2022 and assaulting its residents was arraigned Monday. 32-year-old Leroy "Knowledge" Page pleaded not guilty to 8 total felony charges on counts of felonious assault, kidnapping, improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, having weapons under disability, and failure to comply. Page was captured by the FBI in Las Vegas on July 1. 

A Lima man with a warrant for crimes committed in 2022 was arrested in Las Vegas Wednesday night. Leroy "Knowledge" Page was arrested and taken into custody by FBI agents. Page is wanted for a home invasion that took place in October of 2022, where he forced entry into a residence on Fraunfelter Road. He proceeded to assault the homeowners, resulting in serious injuries. Page then forced the residents to drive him to another location, where he then fled. The case was presented to the Allen County grand jury in January of 2023.

Crime Stoppers is looking for information on the whereabouts of a Lima man who was involved in a home invasion and assault the last weekend of October.

32-year-old Leroy "Knowledge" Page is facing a felonious assault charge after running from police and forcing his way into a home on October 30th. He assaulted the residents for around two hours and then forced them to drive him to the area of Yoakam and West Breese roads, where he got out of the car and left on foot. Law enforcement believes he went to his home on Redbud Lane and then left the area.

Local law enforcement are searching for a man was involved in a police chase and took hostages that he force to aid him in his escape.  According to the Allen County Sheriff’s office 32-year-old Leroy “Knowledge” Page was in a car chase with Lima Police officers around 12:30 am Sunday morning.  Page wrecked the vehicle near W. Elm St. and Fraunfelter Rd.  He then went to a residence where he forced his way inside.  He assaulted the homeowners for two hours, then forced them to drive him to the area Yoakam Road and West Breese Road, where he got out of the car and left on foot.  Law enforcement believe he went to his home on Redbud Lane and then he left the area.  Page is 5’9” tall and weighs approximately 275 pounds.  He is believed to be a threat to others and may be armed.  If you know of his whereabouts all the Allen County Sheriff’s Office at 419-227-3535 or 9-1-1.

Police responded to a shots fired call at Lincoln Avenue near State Street around 11:30 a.m. Monday morning. Witnesses say a vehicle drove up and fired multiple shots at Page and Lovette and then drove off. Page and Lovette drove themselves to the hospital for treatment.
