The Wheelhouse in Lima continues to provide bicycles to residents who lack reliable transportation, helping them get to work, school and essential services. The organization will host a “Blessing of the Wheels” event and open house on June 13 to share its mission with the community.

The Lima Elks Lodge No. 54 donated $10,000 to the Lima Children’s Developmental Center through a grant from the Ohio Elks Association. The funding will help the nonprofit continue providing early intervention and preschool services for children with developmental disabilities in Allen County.
