Little Caesars brought its "Love Kitchen" to the Lima Rescue Mission, providing free, freshly made pizzas to men at the shelter.
LIMA, OH (WLIO) - A car drove through a business Saturday afternoon, closing a Lima pizza store.
Police are searching for suspects after a Lima business is robbed at gunpoint around 10 p.m. Tuesday night. Lima police releasing little information at this time, but it happened at the Little Ceasars on Calumet. Scanner traffic indicating that two males, wearing masks and black hoodies, entered the business with guns and demanded cash. Police were also already looking for two men connected to an incident reported at Hermies Party Shop earlier in the evening. It's not known if the incidents are connected. We'll have more on this as more information becomes available.
While the new traffic patterns should create more ideal conditions, the rerouted traffic has cut off that drive-by business for some places, meaning business is down. The City of Lima is aiming to have the Elm Street Grade Separation and Roundabout Project create more efficient and safer traffic. But those businesses surrounding the construction site said business is slow.
