On May 18th, the Lima Area Habitat for Humanity will be holding a coffee and dessert tasting at the City Club. The Meeting Place on Market, Vibe Coffeehouse, and Sara's Sweets will be combining different coffee roasts and brewing techniques to pair with something sweet. Habitat for Humanity will also be sharing its vision for the upcoming year and talking about its program, "Shingles of Hope."
Santa and Mrs. Claus will arrive at the Meeting Place on Market at 10 a.m. where you can take your own photo with them. Children's activities will be at the Metro Center and a dance party with "Snowflake the Elf" at the 318 Restaurant. There will be plenty of activities at all the locations to make it a memorable holiday.

There are six categories that cover non-profits, woman-owned, small, and emerging businesses along with young leaders and the Athena Award. Chamber officials say it’s important to acknowledge what they do for the region.
