A Minster man has pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual contact with a minor in Auglaize Municipal Court. 26-year-old Brett Reeves entered a written plea of not guilty on the charges of gross sexual imposition and unlawful sexual conduct with a minor. Reeves has been ordered to have no contact with the girl or her family.
WAPAKONETA, OH (WLIO) - A minor is in critical condition after an incident with a gun in Wapakoneta Sunday morning.
Jeffrey Armstrong was also sentenced to 10 years of post-release supervision and fined $5,000. The FBI alleges that Armstrong spoke with someone online that he believed to be interested in sexual relations with minors. Armstrong said that he shared this interest. Over ten days, an FBI agent posing as a like-minded person got into an online discussion with him and Armstrong spoke about exchanging explicit photos of underage girls.
A Lima man was arraigned for a number of felonies related to criminal sexual acts.
