Curtis J. Soles was indicted by the Allen County Grand Jury on two counts of rape charges (Felony 1). According to the indictment, on or about June 1st, 2020 through November 20th, 2020, Soles engaged in sexual conduct with a minor that was under the age of 18. Soles' lawyer submitted a motion to suppress a video containing an interview of Soles. The judge will now review the video and make a ruling on the motion at a later date.
An Allen County man appeared in court on Monday for a Motion to Suppress hearing. Michael T. Pasterchik was indicted by the Allen County Grand Jury on on count of trafficking in harmful intoxicants, and one count of involuntary manslaughter.
Frank Steinke was indicted by the Allen County Grand Jury in May of 2020 on one count of aggravated vehicular homicide and one count of OVI. In March 2020, Steinke was traveling north on South Wapakoneta Road when he drifted left of center and hit Nicole Schulte's vehicle head-on, resulting in her death. Steinke was treated and released from the hospital on the same day and has since been out on bond.
