An Elida man pleaded guilty to aggravated arson, involuntary manslaughter, and endangering children charges in the death of his 2-year-old daughter, agreeing to a minimum 22-year prison sentence.
33-year-old Nicholas Stemen waived his right to a speedy trial.
Stemen case was bound over to Allen County Common Pleas Court. He remains in jail on a $1 million bond.
