The West Ohio Food Bank helping their partner agencies stay informed to better serve their clients. Partner agencies from all 11 counties they serve attended their annual meeting. The meeting covered food safety, policies, and civil rights training. Because many of the agencies work with senior citizens, the Ohio Attorney General's Office had a representative to talk about senior scams and how to spot someone who is being ripped off.

Outside of Black Friday, Cyber Monday is the most popular day for people to make a dent in their holiday wish lists.   According to the National Retail Federation,  nearly 64 million people are expected to log on Monday to shop online.  But retail websites are not the only ones looking to lure shoppers to their site,  cyber criminals will be busy trying to be the grinch to ruin everybody's Christmas.

A state investigation looms over the head of the mayor of Wapakoneta. The Ohio Attorney General's Office has confirmed an investigation for Mayor Tom Stinebaugh. The investigation is for an unspecified ethics violation. Not much has been released by a complaint that was filed with the Ohio Ethics Commission. The investigation was handed over to the Ohio Attorney General's Office to act as a special prosecutor in the case.

When disaster strikes, it brings out the good in a lot of people with neighbors helping neighbors, but unfortunately, it could bring out a lot of bad in the form of scammers. Ohio Attorney General David Yost is warning the public to watch out for storm chasing contractors. They could be coming in from outside the area to help homeowners do repairs, but when they get the money they take off without doing the job or not completing the work.

After a long investigation, Cridersville police chief John Drake has resigned after he pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor falsification charge. According to the Ohio Attorney General's Office, the plea deal was finalized today, Drake also permanently resigned his Ohio peace officer training academy certification. The Ohio Attorney General's Office says that charge was associated with making a false statement on a notarized document. Drake signed for a notary and used the notary's stamp on a license suspension form associated with an OVI traffic stop.

The Ohio Attorney General's Office released the numbers of missing children in 2017 for National Missing Children's Day.
