Some Ohio Lottery winners are having trouble cashing in their tickets, because the agency was the victim of a cyber-attack. The Ohio Lottery sent out an email Thursday about the incident that happened on Christmas Eve that is affecting their systems that pays out prizes of $600 or more and all mobile cashing of all prize values has been suspended for the time being.
