Some Ohio Lottery winners are having trouble cashing in their tickets, because the agency was the victim of a cyber-attack. The Ohio Lottery sent out an email Thursday about the incident that happened on Christmas Eve that is affecting their systems that pays out prizes of $600 or more and all mobile cashing of all prize values has been suspended for the time being.
The Northwest Ohio Literacy Council is charged with working with individuals who are behind on reading skills that can cause them to be left behind in the job market and life in general.
