Allen Lima Leadership is once again taking its show on the road, this time with a focus on the evolving workforce.
High school seniors got the opportunity to network with local businesses at OhioMeansJobs Allen County's third annual Spring Career Fair. Over 120 Allen County employers were on hand this afternoon at the UNOH Event Center looking to connect with job-seeking individuals in the area.
The Spring Career Fair has been a staple for over 20 years at the University of Northwestern Ohio and allows students to come face-to-face with potential future employers. Many local, regional, and national companies were present, with over 70 booths from 15 different states for students to visit and learn more about what they have to offer. Besides finding a future match for their career path, the career fair offers students insight into many things that go into job searching for their specific trade.
