It's that time of year that Wapakoneta plays host to teenagers from their sister city in Germany.
“It helps build a community knowing, ‘Hey, my kid could do that in the future,’” said Matthew Neeley, president of the Lima Sister Cities Association. “And it just is amazing to see what these kids get to experience — the culture and everything else that you might not get to see in your lifetime, but get to see it through somebody else’s eyes.”
