Angela Fronzaglia, a junior at Lima Senior High School, was selected by her peers to serve on the board.
It was a morning of honor and patriotism at Shawnee High School as the district recognized its veterans.
The K-Kids program, designed for elementary-age students, teaches the importance of making a difference through positive actions. Members have supported organizations such as Samaritan House, Our Daily Bread, the Humane Society, and several others. Current K-Kids members encourage their peers to get involved.
Students at Ohio Northern University are encouraging one another to stay positive during these stressful times. An encouragement wall has been set up in McIntosh Center filled with positive messages from students.
