Knepp, II after earlier pleading guilty to receipt and distribution of child pornography. Kurp was also ordered to pay $36,000 in restitution and to serve 15 years of supervised release following his release from imprisonment.
Lima Sister Cities Association's Keiko Hahn was featured in a film done by the Tokyo Broadcasting System about her childhood in Japan, falling in love with an American soldier and moving to the United States after World War II. "Japanese War Bride" debuted last year with a screening at Lima Senior High School and is now going to air on the PBS station at WBGU in March. Hahn says she still can't believe her story has become an actual documentary.

A Defiance man was sentence to 30 years in prison for child pornography and trying to solicit a 13-year-old girl for sex. 31-year-old Martin Lee Wilcoxon pleaded guilty to attempted sexual exploitation of a minor, coercion and enticement of a minor, and receipt and distribution of child pornography charges in Northern District Federal Court.
