Toledo, OH (WLIO) - A Defiance man was sentenced to 30 years in prison for child pornography and trying to solicit a 13-year-old girl for sex. 31-year-old Martin Lee Wilcoxon pleaded guilty to attempted sexual exploitation of a minor, coercion and enticement of a minor, and receipt and distribution of child pornography charges in Northern District Federal Court. According to court documents, in February of last year, Wilcoxon was messaging with law enforcement that was posing as a 13-year-old girl. He was asking to meet up for sex and for the 13-year-old to send pictures and videos. When law enforcement went to his home, they seized Wilcoxon’s electronic devices and found over 11,000 child pornography images involving young girls. Also, during sentencing, Wilcoxon was ordered to pay $45,000 in restitution.
