Toast to the City is returning to downtown Lima as a fundraiser for the newly formed Lima Festivals and Amphitheater Alliance. The event will feature food, entertainment and a live auction to support arts, concerts and continued investment in downtown Lima.
Lima celebrates another successful Toast to the City, but organizers are preparing for the return of something bigger next year. Local residents raise their glasses to celebrate this area and its people at Lima Square Fair’s annual fundraiser. People got the chance to sample some food from local restaurants, as well as enjoy drinks and music. It’s been over five years since a Square Fair festival was held in downtown Lima, but the board says the three-day festival will be making its return next summer with all the music and activities that people really enjoy.
Things were feeling a little groovy in downtown Delphos Thursday evening as they time-warped back to the 70s for this year's Canal Days.
For nearly 40 years, the City of Lima has raised their glasses to honor their past and to celebrate their future, with the Toast to the City.
