10th annual Rally Point River Ride

Bikers took to the trails at Heritage Park on Saturday for the 10th annual Rally Point River Ride.

This year featured four different rides for bikers to take: 10 mile, 20 mile, and new this year, a 50 mile, and 62.5 mile. About 200 bikers of all ages joined in to help raise money to support Rally Point Youth Center, and organizers say that it's great knowing that so many people are joining in to help them continue to do what they do.

"It's a great encouragement to have a lot of people from the community come out and support, and also to provide an event that’s a fundraiser that has his own niche and connects with a lot of people," said Jared Diller, Ministry Director for Youth for Christ.

"This is great to see the community come together to support Rally Point Youth Center, and it’s a great day out here, we’re having fun - it doesn’t feel like work because you’re having fun while you’re doing it, and we know it’s going to benefit a great program," said Yvonne Jones, Site Director for Rally Point Youth Center.
