74-year-old Robert Brown was sentenced to 18 months on the charge of gross sexual imposition.
He pleaded guilty to a bill of information for one charge in June, he was originally indicted on four counts of gross sexual imposition in 2021. The victim was under the age of 13 and Brown admitted inappropriately touching her. Brown was also classified as a tier 1 sex offender.
