29-year-old Markiesha Blackman was indicted this week by the Allen County Grand Jury. Blackman is still in the Allen County Jail on a $350,000 bond. Lima police say that back on November 22, 2022, a fire was intentionally set at 125 West O'Connor. Everyone was able to get out of the house safely. A witness saw Blackman leave the residence before the fire started.

52-year-old Darrell Bivens was indicted by the Allen County Grand Jury on the charges of aggravated arson and felonious assault. The incident happened around October 21st, 2022, and according to Lima police, Bivens was arrested after he allegedly poured lighter fluid on his partner and lit the person on fire following a domestic dispute.
The Allen County Grand Jury indicted Catlett on counts of rape, kidnapping, and gross sexual imposition. Catlett was previously sentenced to four years in prison back in 2018 on a first-degree kidnapping charge. Closing arguments were presented in the case, with both the state and defense presenting their final arguments before the jury was dismissed to deliberate.
An Allen County man has been indicted on multiple charges of sexual battery. 33-year-old Levi Oglesbee has been charged with 10 counts of sexual battery by an Allen County Grand Jury. According to the indictment, the incidents happened between August and September of 2022, and involved having sexual conduct with a younger person that was not his spouse. Oglesbee has entered written not guilty pleas on the charges. He is currently in the Allen County Jail, and being held on a $200,085 bond.
32-year-old Heather Gilles has been charged with three counts of aggravated arson, two of them are felonies of the first degree. According to the indictment, she was charged with starting a house fire at a home in the 200 block of Bell Avenue in Findlay on June 26th. Two people were inside the home at the time.
19-year-old Johnathan Shrader was arrested on the charges of rape, sexual battery, and gross sexual imposition. According to the indictment from Hardin County, the incidents started in October of 2020 when the victim was nine years old and went on until May of 2022. Shrader is currently in the multi-county jail in Marion. No hearing date has been scheduled in his case.
According to Lima police, on June 19th of 2022, Hebrock was outside of his ex-girlfriend's house talking with her outside of his car, which eventually led to him pulling out a Glock pistol and firing multiple shots in the air outside of his car. Hebrock then fled southbound. Police were able to later take him into custody.
Robert Brown pleaded guilty to a bill of information for one charge in June, he was originally indicted on four counts of gross sexual imposition in 2021. The victim was under the age of 13 and Brown admitted inappropriately touching her. Brown was also classified as a tier 1 sex offender.
A Lima woman charged with felonious assault after a bar fight in Lima earlier this year has now changed her plea.
A Lima man who was indicted on child pornography charges in 2020 has now been sentenced in Allen County Court. 48-year-old Daniel Bettis was sentenced to four years in jail after he took a plea deal and pleaded guilty to four counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance.
