Lima, OH (WLIO) - An Allen County man has been indicted on multiple charges of sexual battery. 33-year-old Levi Oglesbee has been charged with 10 counts of sexual battery by an Allen County Grand Jury. According to the indictment, the incidents happened between August and September of 2022 and involved having sexual conduct with a younger person who was not his spouse. Oglesbee has entered written not-guilty pleas on the charges. He is currently in the Allen County Jail, and being held on a $200,085 bond.
