LIMA, OHIO (WLIO) -Â A Lima man was indicted for a January shooting that left one person injured. An Allen County Grand Jury has indicted 42-year-old Dewayne Carter Jr. on the charges of Felonious Assault, Having a Firearm in a Liquor Permit Premises, Having Weapons Under Disability, and Carrying a Concealed Weapon. Lima Police say the charges stem from a January 12th shooting on South Main Street, where 32-year-old Laquetrius Young was found with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds in a parking lot of a business. Carter is currently in the Allen County jail, being held on a $200,000 bond.Â
