LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - The mental and emotional needs of area residents are significant, and Cornerstone of Hope Lima is working to meet those needs.
The "Hope Tea" is a fundraiser designed to help provide counseling and other essential services to individuals who may fall through the cracks—those without insurance or whose insurance does not cover certain services.
Sometimes they just need that little offset to be able to commit to it and get the tools so that they're operating out of a healthier mental standpoint, which impacts their families, impacts their schools, impacts their jobs, impacts our community
The "Hope Tea" will take place on Saturday, March 1.
The event will feature a morning of tea tasting and fundraising to support children, teens, and adults in need of these vital services. The "Hope Tea" will take place on Saturday, March 1, at the Axis Building at Lima Community Church from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
