Cedar Point once again has been named the "Best Amusement Park" in the country by USA Today.
The newspaper's 10 Best Readers choice award has the Sandusky Ohio park beating out other well-known travel destinations in Florida, Virginia, and Tennessee. Their roller coaster “Steel Vengeance" won the best roller coaster award. The awards were voted on by a panel of travel experts and the editors for USA Today. Also, the travel website, TripAdvisor gave them their certificate of excellence for a 5th consecutive year. The general manager of the theme park says the awards validate their mission to be the top destination for families.
