LIMA, Ohio (WLIO) - A Lima man was sentenced to over 88 years in prison for having sexual contact with a young girl.
An Allen County jury found 71-year-old Ernesto Palos guilty of six counts of rape, five counts of gross sexual imposition, and one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
Palos was arrested in 2025 for having sexual contact with a young girl, who was under 13-years-old. His trial lasted three days, and he was also labeled a tier three sex offender.
