LAKEVIEW, Ohio (WLIO) – A Russells Point man was arrested Monday after raising concerns during the Lakeview AMVETS Memorial Day parade.

Terry Davis, 63, is being held in the Logan County Jail on a charge of pandering obscenity involving a minor.

Washington Township Police Chief Michael Thompson said officers were alerted to an individual who was seen taking photos of children during the parade that witnesses said they felt were inappropriate.

Officers spoke with Davis, who confirmed that he had taken pictures during the event. He allowed police to view his phone, which, according to Thompson, revealed additional harmful photos of children unrelated to the parade.

Davis was taken into custody. The case will be referred to the Logan County Prosecutor’s Office, where additional charges may be filed.
