1005 hrs.- Deputies responded to a residence on Harrison Willshire Road in Harrison Township for a complaint of theft.
1228 hrs. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Ridge Township for a subject with back pain.
1243 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Boroff Road in Ridge Township on a complaint of shots being fired onto their property.
1736 hrs. – Deputies responded to a location on U.S. Route 127 in the City of Van Wert for a stray dog.
1816 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residential alarm on Rogers Road in Ridge Township.
1838 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Tully Township for a complaint of reckless driving.
2129 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of U.S. Route 30 in Tully Township for a motor vehicle crash involving a deer, no injuries were reported.
2137 hrs. – Deputies responded to an area of Boroff Road in Ridge Township for a report of loose dogs.
2144 hrs. – Dispatched Delphos EMS to a residence on South Clay in the City of Delphos for a subject with symptoms of a stroke.
2245 hrs. – Dispatched Middle Point EMS to a residence on Lincoln Highway in Washington Township for a subject having difficulty breathing.
2301 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on South Main Street in the Village of Convoy for a noise complaint.

0722 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Franklin Street in the City of Van Wert to assist a motorist locked out of their vehicle.
0724 hrs. – Deputies responded to a commercial alarm at a location on State Route 697 in Washington Township.
0909 hrs. – Deputies served a warrant issued by Van Wert County Common Pleas Court for Aggravated Possession of Drugs a Fifth Degree Felony. Daniel Thomas Lehmkuhle age 26 of Delphos is being held at the Van Wert County Correctional Facility.
0925 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Brodnix Road in York Township for an unruly juvenile. The 15-year-old male juvenile was taken into custody and transported to juvenile detention.
1052 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Overholt Road in Ridge Township to check the welfare of a dog.
1526 hrs. – Deputies responded to a residence on Fife Road in Hoaglin Township to check an open line 911 call.
1653 hrs. – Dispatched Ohio City EMS to a residence on Glenmore Road in Liberty Township for a subject with chest pain.
