ALLEN COUNTY, OH (WLIO) - A Lima man changes his plea after a deal was struck on the burglary and rape charge he was facing.
19-year-old Raimiel Laws pleaded guilty after the burglary charge went from a felony one to a felony three and the rape charge was dropped in the case. Laws was indicted on both first-degree felony charges in September of 2021. The offense occurred in August of that year. The judge ordered a pre-sentence investigation and laws will be sentenced on the burglary charge in October.
