LIMA, OH (WLIO) - Lima City Council held its second meeting of the year Monday night.

The committee heard from the public works director about a proposed feasibility study to evaluate traffic calming measures along State Route 65. Council members approved several ordinances, including one to establish the city's 2025 budget. They also unanimously passed a petition by Health Partners of Western Ohio to annex approximately 10 acres of land in American Township into the city of Lima.
