The Lima Farmers Market officially opened today(5/29/18).
The market will run every Tuesday from 3- 6:30 until October. The market will provide fresh, in-season fruits and vegetables, local honey and other local, homemade items. This year the market will also be accepting SNAP benefits. Residents that use EBTÂ card can bring it to the market and buy eligible food items from participating vendors.Â
This is the fourth year that the Lima's farmers market has been open. It is located downtown, in front of the Veterans Memorial Civic and Convention Center.Â
