CELINA, Ohio (WLIO) — A Fort Recovery man is facing multiple charges involving child pornography.
Robert McGough, 53, was indicted by a Mercer County grand jury on 46 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor and three counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
The indictments follow his February arrest on drug-related charges after law enforcement searched his Fort Recovery home, where they found drugs that tested positive for cocaine.
During the search, investigators also examined his electronic devices and allegedly discovered dozens of files containing the pornography.
