The Wapakoneta Police Department, with the assistance of the St. Marys Police Department, Auglaize County Sheriff's office and Mercer County Sheriff's office, are investigating a case of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material.
43-year old Timothy Workman, of Montezuma, was arrested and is currently being held at the Auglaize County Jail. The investigation revealed photography was being taken of minors in the nude at a motel in Wapakoneta earlier this year.
Local law enforcement agencies are asking people to call if they feel as if they have been a victim of this type of crime.
